Directions:

Step 1: Apply mascara & wait for it to completely dry.

Step 2: Evenly apply topcoat from root to tip of lashes, on top of your fave mascara.

Step 3: Let it set for 30 seconds.

Step 4: Remove with WISHFUL's Clean Genie Cleansing Balm

- Wipe off any excess formula from the brush before applying!
